The role

Working in the Infrastructure team will give you the opportunity to work on some of the practise’s most exciting schemes, from signature regeneration projects across London to world class sport stadiums in Qatar.

The successful BIM civil technician will need to be highly proficient in the below specifications:

  • Engaging in the design and master planning of civil infrastructure, spanning from initial concepts to construction.

  • Managing various aspects such as drainage, earthworks, highways, and coordination of pressurized water networks and utilities.

  • Managing the delivery of BIM models and CAD documentation of designs, as well as compiling BIM execution plans.

  • Supervising the creation of BIM models, CAD documentation, and BIM finalisation for design projects

About you

Alongside your enthusiasm for helping to solve the major problems facing societies today and your technical aptitude you must fulfil the following criteria:

  • Strong technical background in infrastructure design, with a focus on expertise in core disciplines especially in Highways or Sustainable Drainage.

  • Strong experience with utilizing AutoCAD and Civils 3D, with skills ideally in MicroDrainage.

  • Proven experience and understanding working with BIM processes and standards.

  • Can work independently to manage design tasks as well as demonstrate effective communication but also work collaboratively within a team.

  • Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft suite and AutoCAD.

  • Playing a role in the strategic planning of team tasks and responsibilities.
