Responsibilities:
Conduct regular driven inspections of road signs and street furniture across designated areas in London.
Identify and document any missing street signs and record any damage, vandalism, or deterioration.
Assess the need for repairs, replacements, or upgrades to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records and reports of inspection findings.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritise repairs.
Monitor and report on the progress of repair works.
Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders to address specific issues
Alongside a willingness to join the team and get stuck in, the successful Highways Inspector will need to embody the company’s core values of cooperation and partnership.
Furthermore, you should have:
Clean UK Drivers license
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify signs of damage or wear.
Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
Proficient in using technology for data entry and reporting.
