Your new role

Working within the construction team, the Assistant Project Manager will be a capable leader with a strong ability to build rapport within the team. The Assistant Project Manager will play a crucial role assisting in the delivery of projects involved in the education, residential, commercial and life science sectors

Ideally the candidate will

  • Assist in the delivery of projects, proactively educating stakeholders, championing the approach
  • Managing and liaising with various stakeholders to deliver the project.
  • Managing the construction works including onsite inspections, holding meetings, QA reviews, reporting, programme of work, valuing variations and contractor’s applications for payment.
  • Ensure we develop suitable and standard approaches for project management with construction and design sectors.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Help develop strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including all regions and shared services
  • Drive and promote innovation
